Five years ago, at approximately 4pm on October 11^th, our beloved Maggie earned her wings after her courageous battle with cancer.

She went to a place where she could catch a Frisbee and run pain free. She left us heartbroken. But, time does heal our pain, and as time moves on, as the sadness moves over, it’s the memories that make us smile and cherish, it’s her life that we celebrate. Maggie may have left us in physical form, but her spirit is alive and well and has led to wondrous things. We know she sent us our Jackie, at the perfect time, and it is true, she rescued us.

The Maggie May fund was launched a year after her passing, which allowed us to help pets in need. And, through the Maggie May fund, we have met so many wonderful people and their furry loved ones, and connected with organizations that believe in our cause, that honours Maggie’s memory. 

Today, at 4pm, we draw the winner of the anniversary quilt, we celebrate IMOMM 4^th Anniversary, and we pay tribute to our beloved Maggie May.

We miss you sweetie, we really do wish there were visiting hours.
