The good news is that Josie is happy and responding well to her medication. She is enjoying life, playing with her siblings, and loving the snow.  She has however been diagnosed with a luxating patella, with surgery likely in the future.  Nalyn is dedicated to Josie, her little miracle, and for now is working on getting Josie’s weight down, doing laser therapy and the water treadmill.  She is using Toe Grips, which help on the slippery floors, plus she may be getting a brace for support as well.  Please keep Josie in your thoughts and prayers.  If anyone wishes to donate directly towards her care, please email us at maggiemay99@telus.net.
